On February 21, 2023, representatives of Otrada Jerome Kerleau and Alena Roldugina attended the Agriculture Careers Fair at RUDN University in Moscow. The event enlisted the support of the Union of Agrarians and Ecologists and brought together over 200 students and graduates of specialized faculties.
Otrada's representatives participated as speakers and talked about the Company. Jerome made a science-based presentation, highlighting the main tasks of a genetic company, including managing a genetic population, collecting meaningful information, analyzing data to identify high-potential animals, and distributing elite genes.
Alena, in turn, explained how Otrada is set up, communicated our value proposition to the participants, and talked about the opportunities our Company offers to students and graduates.
"Otrada generated a lot of interest among students both during the poster exhibition and presentation, as demonstrated by the post-event student survey. The students also thanked the Company for the presentation and a personalized approach at the booth," said Anton Robert, project supervisor for the Union of Agrarians and Ecologists.
