  • Contract work (including with foreign counterparties);
  • Representation of companies in magistrates, courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration courts;
  • Dealing with complaints;
  • Representing the interests of companies when working with banks (legal support in concluding credit agreements, pledges, sureties, guarantees, etc.);
  • Work with notaries;
  • Working with the constituent documents of companies, organizing meetings of participants, processing the results of meetings of participants (including foreign ones), introducing changes to the register;
  • Review of updates to the legislation of the Russian Federation and informing about upcoming changes to interested employees of the company;
  • Advising employees of companies on issues arising in their work activities;
  • Business management for executive proceedings.


  • Higher legal education. Civil law specialization;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the APC of the Russian; Federation, the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Limited Liability Companies", the Federal Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs", the Federal Law "On Mortgage (real estate pledge)";
  • Experience claim work and protect the interests of the company in the courts;
  • Experience of interaction with government agencies, notaries;
  • Experience with banks (in terms of contract, corporate work, registration of pledges, guarantees, etc.);
  • Experience in a company with foreign capital (preferably);
  • English level not lower than "intermediate";
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook required;
  • Responsibility, high tolerance to stress, diligence, ability to work in a team, ability to work with a large amount of information, focus on results.
